By agreeing to purchase items from this site, the buyer affirms to use the said items for it's intended, manufactured purpose. All lights, sirens and radio equipment shall be used in accordance with all applicable laws and statutes, federal, state and/or local, which pertain to the working nature of said equipment.
The seller absolves himself of any misuse, wrongdoing or injuries, whether accidental or by purpose, of the items sold through this site or from this seller.
The buyer agrees wholeheartedly, by entering into a contractual sale, to absolve the seller of all liabilities of the equipment sold herein.
All manufacturers warantees are to be handled between the buyer and the equipment's original manufacturer. Seller does not have any representation or connection to ANY of the manufacturers on this site.
